I loved working with Julie Morstad and our brilliant editor, Tara Walker, on this book. One of the things we took a good deal of time over was the cover image. Because of the way the story opens, we wanted to both show and conceal our main character...and the question became how best to do that. Julie sketched out a few suggestions before we arrived at the fox mask and I think we can agree that we made the right choice.
One of the many reasons to be grateful to Tundra Books is that they made us a fab activity kit.
