Happy Birthday, Edward Gorey

Edward Gorey was born 88 years ago today and here is just one of the ways he enriched the world before leaving it.

Gorey illustrated something like a hundred books (which means there is always something new to discover as I recently found with his Treehorn trilogy).

This one, though, is clearly meant *just* for me.
